Job Description

 

  • Responsible for Trouble Shoot in end user devices (Laptop, Printers, ect)
  • Serving as liaison between end-users and the technology vendors to resolve issues
  • Supporting end users with everyday IT requests
  • Support of a diverse OS environment

Key Qualification

  • Min. 2+ years of experience as IT Support with Min.50 users
  • Experience working in Tech Company is a Plus
  • Required Skill : 

           a. Troubleshoot of Laptop/ PC/ Printers, etc

           b. LAN, WAN, Wireless and E-Commerce Network Infrastructures

           c. CISCO (is preferred) 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong eagerness to learn
  • Good Communication skill
